Day 83
Wow, it’s almost here! We can hardly believe it…Jack’s day has finally come! Today was our last visit to the NICU, tomorrow we’re taking our little guy home.
We are looking forward to spending hours and hours spending time together as a little family! We will keep you updated on how he’s doing in his new surroundings.
