Day 26
Jack is doing well. He is eating well (something this family knows how to do!) and now weighs 2lbs, 13oz. Before we know it, he’ll be 6ft tall just like his dad!
Jack was really kicking and moving around this afternoon. He sure can get mad when he wants to! Whenever we are there, and it’s time for his care, we love to take part as much as the nurses will let us. This usually involves changing his diaper, taking his temperature, using a tiny massager on his chest and back (to help loosen any build up in his lungs), dressing him, and helping to get him all tucked in for feeding time. This is something we look forward to all day long! The nurses are starting to show us how to reposition Jack, but we are still too nervous to try!
